    • When responding to an RFP;

    • When logging into our website;

  • Professional Information: As part of job applications or service requests, including résumés, cover letters, and other details provided in an application file.

  • Online Activity Information: IP addresses, sections visited on our site (collected through cookies or similar technologies—see Section XI).

  • Social Media Interactions: When engaging with our content or third-party content, we may access shared data such as name, gender, profile photo, likes, interests, or demographics (subject to each platform’s privacy policies).

When you share someone else’s personal information with us, you confirm that you have obtained their consent to do so.

Our Site is for a general audience, not for children under 14. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 14. If such information is collected, we will delete it immediately.

X. Where Is Your Personal Information Stored?

Your data may be processed outside Québec, including in Canada and the U.S. DBA requires third parties to sign contracts ensuring proper data protection. However, foreign jurisdictions may not provide the same level of protection.
